The Service
Example Company provides hosted software and related services. We may change, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Fees and Billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We may change pricing on notice before a renewal term.
Customer Content
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and support the Service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law or violate third-party rights
- interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service
- upload harmful code or abuse the Service with automated misuse

Suspension and Termination

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Example Company WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Example Company against third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will post the updated Terms and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
